Vehicle collection from our premises or delivered to a UK address or Port
We will require proof of shipping or supporting export documention before collection or delivery, Otherwise the VAT will be applied to the invoice, This can be reclaimed when you supply us with export documention. If you make the shipping arrangements you must supply us with the shipping note also please ensure you allow us 3 weeks notice to make transport arrangements.
Payment
We will only accept bank transfers, No card payments, No cash, Please ensure your payment has cleared before making arrangements.
Holding Vehicles for customers prior to receiving payment
We have a no hold policy , and sending an invoice is not confirmation of a sale, Note there are occasions when we invoice more than one client for the same vehicle as some clients delay payment, Our policy is the first full payment received secures the vehicle, any payment received after this will be refunded in full.
Insurance
We do not offer any insurance cover, If you require insurance please contact your broker or agent.

When requesting further information, documents, Photos and shipping information, we will update you or forward ASAP.
Communications
If you reply to our emails, Please try to respond above my last last response and avoid sending a new email, as it can become very difficult to manage multiple unthreaded emails from multiple clients.
Liability
Once the vehicle is delivered into the uk or docks, we will no longer be responsible for any damaged or missing items or other charges relating to the vehicle. It will become your full reponsibility.

Where our website shows the vehicle will be serviced, mot / psv 1 year this is not applicable on export, Note the mot may have also expired, please check with us if you require this for import, Also note the vehicle registration plate may change from that shown on any photos, due the owner keeping the original.
